Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at dan@noisekillers.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

Apply NK Mat Sound Deadening Material: Start by covering around 50% of the single skin steel surfaces, such as side panels, roof, wheel arches, and doors. The self-adhesive backing is straightforward and hassle-free to use meaning you don't have the hassle of dealing with glues.

Add Noisekillers Thermo Barrier Insulation: For even greater comfort, apply the Noisekillers foil faced Thermo Barrier over the sides and roof. This layer helps regulate your van's interior temperature, keeping it cool in summer and warm in winter. It works together with the sound deadening mat to further reduce noise and vibrations.

The materials are moisture-resistant and will not allow water to pass through them, mold-proof, and built to withstand the rigors of the road.
