Engine Bay Solutions
Vibrasorb, a Class “0” fire rated and waterproof acoustic foam, is used to absorb the airborne noises produced in the Ford’s engine bay. An accompanying damping sheet minimises bonnet vibrations, another key source of unwanted engine bay noise. These materials are coated in a foil-facing which, apart from being easy to maintain, is also heat resistant. 

Interior Front Cab Soundproofing
NK Mat is applied to the wheel arches and door panels, dampening road noise, vehicle noise and underbody vibrations. Sound Barrier is fitted beneath the carpet in the front flooring and between the seats, further insulating the cabin against unwelcome sounds.

This product is also waterproof and is ideal for going under floor coverings. It can also be drilled through if required. 

NK Mat Pads – Strategic Coverage
High-performance NK Mat pads are professionally placed throughout the rear section to eliminate vibration and panel drumming. By targeting key resonance points, these pads reduce structural noise and create a tighter, more solid-feeling van.

15mm Flat Acoustic Foam – Rear Quarters, Sliding Doors, Sides & Tailgate
A full lining of premium 15mm flat foam adds superb mid–high frequency absorption. This significantly cuts echoing and sharpens the interior acoustics while boosting thermal insulation. Ideal for creating a warmer, quieter cabin.

25mm Egg Box Acoustic Foam – Roof
