Engine Bay Solutions
Vibrasorb is a Class “0” fire rated and waterproof acoustic foam that has an open-cell structure designed to capture the airborne noises produced in your VW’s engine bay. To further deaden engine bay noise, a self-adhesive damping sheet is provided to minimise bonnet vibrations. Finished with a foil-facing, these materials are heat resistant and easily maintainable.

Interior Front Cabin Soundproofing
To effectively soundproof your VW’s cabin, a combination of Sound Barrier and NK Mat is fitted to the vehicle’s footwells, interior door panels, wheel arches and between the seats. In these locations, it absorbs a variety of vehicle and road-related noises and vibrations.

The foundation of serious noise reduction. This dense, multi-layer acoustic barrier is installed across the entire rear floor area to block low-frequency road rumble and create an unbeatable base layer of sound insulation. This product is also waterproof and is ideal for going under floor coverings. It can also be drilled through if required. 

NK Mat Pads – Strategic Coverage
High-performance NK Mat pads are professionally placed throughout the rear section to eliminate vibration and panel drumming. By targeting key resonance points, these pads reduce structural noise and create a tighter, more solid-feeling van.

15mm Flat Acoustic Foam – Rear Quarters, Sliding Doors, Sides & Tailgate
A full lining of premium 15mm flat foam adds superb mid–high frequency absorption. This significantly cuts echoing and sharpens the interior acoustics while boosting thermal insulation. Ideal for creating a warmer, quieter cabin.

25mm Egg Box Acoustic Foam – Roof
Our sculpted 25mm egg-box foam on the roof enhances sound absorption even further, capturing airborne noise and reducing reverberation from the largest panel surface in the rear.
