Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at dan@noisekillers.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

Audi
Our Audi Soundproofing Kits deliver comprehensive noise reduction, specially designed for key areas of your Audi, using premium Noisekillers materials for optimal sound insulation. These kits ensure your Audi remains quiet and comfortable by addressing soundproofing in the following sections:
Engine Bay
The engine bay is lined with our waterproof Vibrasorb material, which includes a self-adhesive damping sheet to reduce bonnet vibrations. The open-cell, Class "0" acoustic foam absorbs engine noise, while the foil-facing surface offers easy maintenance and shields the Audi’s bonnet from heat discolouration.
Vehicle Interior
Inside your Audi, the Sound Barrier is installed to minimise road noise, transmission hum, and underbody vibrations. A soundproofing pad is also placed under the rear seat to reduce exhaust noise and vibrations. For extra soundproofing, NK Mat is included for the inner side of the door panels.
Boot Section
In the boot, NK Mat is applied to the rear wheel arches, the rear wings behind the trim, under the spare wheel, and along the side walls of the spare wheel well. Additionally, Sound Barrier is placed beneath the boot carpet to reduce road noise, exhaust sound, and vibrations throughout your Audi.
