Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at dan@noisekillers.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

Our Austin Soundproofing Kits are designed to provide extensive noise reduction across key areas of your vehicle, using high-quality Noisekillers materials for superior sound insulation. These kits ensure optimal quiet and comfort by addressing soundproofing needs in the following sections:
Engine Bay
The engine bay of your Austin is fitted with our waterproof Vibrasorb material, featuring a self-adhesive damping sheet to reduce vibrations under the bonnet. A layer of open-cell, Class "0" acoustic foam effectively absorbs engine noise, while the foil-facing surface helps with maintenance and protects the bonnet from heat damage or discoloration.
Vehicle Interior
Inside your Austin, Sound Barrier is installed to significantly reduce road noise, transmission hum, and vibrations from the underbody. Additionally, a soundproofing pad is positioned under the rear seat to minimise exhaust noise and vibrations. NK Mat is also provided for the inside of the door panels.
Boot Section
In the boot of your Austin, NK Mat is applied to critical areas including the rear wheel arches, the rear wings behind the trim, under the spare wheel, and along the side walls of the spare wheel well. Sound Barrier is also placed under the boot carpet, helping to reduce road and exhaust noise, along with any additional vibrations.
