Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at dan@noisekillers.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

Our BMW Soundproofing Kits are expertly designed to provide exceptional noise reduction across key areas of your vehicle, using high-quality Noisekillers materials for optimal sound insulation. These kits are tailored to keep your BMW as quiet and comfortable as possible by addressing the following areas:
Engine Bay
The engine bay of your BMW is fitted with waterproof Vibrasorb material, featuring a self-adhesive damping sheet that efficiently reduces bonnet vibrations. A layer of open-cell, Class "0" acoustic foam absorbs engine noise, while the foil-facing surface allows for easy maintenance and protects the bonnet from heat damage and discolouration.
Vehicle Interior
Within your BMW, Sound Barrier is installed to reduce road noise, transmission hum, and vibrations from the underbody. Additionally, a soundproofing pad is placed beneath the rear seat to help minimise exhaust noise and vibration. NK Mat is also provided for the inside of the door panels.
Boot Section
In the boot of your BMW, NK Mat is applied to the rear wheel arches, rear wings behind the trim, under the spare wheel, and along the side walls of the spare wheel well. Sound Barrier is also installed under the boot carpet to further reduce road noise, exhaust sounds, and vibrations.
