Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at dan@noisekillers.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

Dacia
Our Dacia Soundproofing Kits are specially crafted to deliver superior noise reduction throughout key areas of your vehicle, utilising advanced Noisekillers materials for optimal sound insulation. These kits are designed to enhance your Dacia’s cabin comfort by addressing the following areas:
Engine Bay
In the engine bay of your vehicle, we use waterproof Vibrasorb material paired with a self-adhesive damping sheet to effectively reduce bonnet vibrations. The open-cell, Class "0" acoustic foam absorbs engine noise, while the foil-facing surface ensures easy maintenance and protects the bonnet from heat damage or discolouration.
Interior
Inside your Dacia, Sound Barrier is installed to cut down on road noise, transmission hum, and underbody vibrations. A soundproofing pad is also fitted beneath the rear seat to reduce exhaust noise and vibrations. To deaden noises that come in through the doors, we include NK Mat which should be fitted to the interior door panels.
Boot Area
In the boot of your Dacia, NK Mat is applied to the rear wheel arches, rear wings behind the trim, under the spare wheel, and along the side walls of the spare wheel well. Additionally, the Sound Barrier is placed under the boot carpet to further reduce road noise, exhaust sound, and vibrations, creating a quieter driving experience.
