Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at dan@noisekillers.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

Our Daihatsu Soundproofing Kits are designed to deliver outstanding noise reduction throughout your vehicle, using premium Noisekillers materials for the best sound insulation. These kits are crafted to improve the quietness and comfort of your Daihatsu by targeting the following areas:
Engine Bay
In the engine bay of your Daihatsu, we use waterproof Vibrasorb material, paired with a self-adhesive damping sheet to reduce bonnet vibrations effectively. A layer of open-cell, Class "0" acoustic foam absorbs engine noise, while the foil-facing surface ensures easy maintenance and protects the bonnet from heat damage or discolouration.
Interior
Inside your Daihatsu, Sound Barrier is installed to minimise road noise, transmission hum, and underbody vibrations. A soundproofing mat is placed under the rear seat to reduce exhaust noise and vibrations. Additionally, NK Mat pads are included for the door panels.
Boot Area
In the boot of your Daihatsu, NK Mat is fitted to the rear wheel arches, the rear wings behind the trim, under the spare wheel, and along the side walls of the spare wheel well. Sound Barrier is also placed beneath the boot carpet, reducing road noise, exhaust sounds, and vibrations for a quieter driving experience.
