Engine Bay Solutions
To minimise the noises and vibrations associated with your vehicle’s engine bay, we provide Vibrasorb, an acoustic foam with an open-cell structure that captures airborne noise. A self-adhesive damping sheet reduces bonnet vibrations. All of these materials are waterproof, Class “0” fire rated and finished with a foil-facing that acts as a heat resistant barrier which protects the bonnet from discolouration and heat damage. 

Interior Front Cab Soundproofing
To insulate the cabin from as much noise as possible, NK Mat is fitted to the doors, seat boxes, wheel arches and footwells. Here, this material absorbs a range of unwelcome vibrations and sounds, including those produced by the vehicle itself. Sound Barrier is fitted on the front floors, under seat boxes and between the seats, dampening an array of underbody sounds.
