Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at dan@noisekillers.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

Our Ford Soundproofing Kits are expertly crafted to deliver excellent noise reduction throughout your vehicle, using top-grade Noisekillers materials for superior soundproofing. These kits are specially designed to improve the comfort and quietness of your Ford by targeting the following important areas:
Engine Bay
In the engine compartment of your Ford, waterproof Vibrasorb material is used in combination with a self-adhesive damping sheet, significantly reducing vibrations in the bonnet. An open-cell, Class "0" acoustic foam layer effectively absorbs engine noise, while its foil-facing surface makes upkeep simple and protects the bonnet from heat damage and fading.
Interior
Within the cabin of your Ford, Sound Barrier is installed to dramatically lower road noise, transmission hum, and vibrations from underneath. A soundproofing pad is fitted beneath the rear seats to further reduce exhaust noise and vibration. Additionally, NK Mat pads are provided for the doors.
Boot Area
In the boot of your Ford, NK Mat is carefully positioned on the rear wheel arches, behind the rear trim panels, beneath the spare tyre, and along the sides of the spare wheel well. Sound Barrier is also installed beneath the boot carpet, helping to minimise road noise, exhaust sounds, and vibrations, leading to a quieter, more comfortable ride.
