Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at dan@noisekillers.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

Generator Acoustic Cover
The Noisekillers Calm Cover is a high-performance generator cover specifically designed to reduce noise and create a quieter environment. Engineered with advanced soundproofing materials, the cover effectively minimises generator noise, making it ideal for use in residential areas, events, campsites, or anywhere noise reduction is essential.
Innovative Construction for Superior Noise Reduction
The Calm Cover is crafted with a high-density noise-blocking lead sheet sandwiched between two layers of Class “O” fire-rated acoustic foam. The outer layer is made from high heat-resistant Fortaglas fabric, providing exceptional durability and heat resistance. This multi-layer design ensures the lead blocks the noise, while the foam absorbs airborne sounds, delivering a significant reduction in noise levels.
Built for Durability and Performance
- Sturdy Design: The Calm Cover is built in a five-sided box shape, open at the bottom for easy placement over the generator. Stiffening rods are sewn into the corners and base to maintain shape and prevent sagging, ensuring long-lasting performance.
- High-Quality Materials: It is waterproof, fireproof, and resistant to oil and grease, with bound and sealed edges for additional durability.
- Easy Fastening: Features high-temperature hook-and-loop Velcro along each side for secure and hassle-free installation.
Customisable to Suit Your Needs
The CALM COVER can be customised to fit your specific generator requirements. Available options include cut-outs, splits, or eyelets to accommodate cables, air intakes, or other specific needs. We also recommend adding a vent near the exhaust area to allow hot air to escape. Additional openings for air intakes or cable access can be added as required.
