Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at dan@noisekillers.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

Our Jaguar Soundproofing Kits are packed full of specialist materials that have been proven to effectively dampen all types of noise. Made in Britain, these hand cut materials fit just about every Jaguar model and greatly improve the serenity of your drive by targeting three specific areas of the vehicle:
Engine Bay
It’s no surprise that a great deal of noise comes from the Jaguar’s engine bay. Fortunately, Vibrasorb is specifically designed to tackle this area, boasting open-cell acoustic foam that absorbs airborne sounds and a self-adhesive damping sheet to minimise bonnet vibrations. Coated in foil, this material is easy-to-clean, waterproof and Class “0” fire rated. As an added bonus, it acts as a barrier, preventing your vehicle’s bonnet from both heat damage and discoloration.
Vehicle Interior
Inside your Jaguar, Sound Barrier is placed beneath the carpet in all the footwells and along the transmission tunnel, absorbing road noise, transmission hum and underbody vibrations. When placed in the space beneath the rear seats, this material also stifles exhaust noise. Elsewhere, sections of NK Mat fit the door panels, preventing other noises and vibrations from seeping into the cabin and ensuring that your drive remains a pleasurable one.
Boot Section
To maximise the efficacy of Noisekillers’ products, it is vital that the boot section of your Jaguar is also soundproofed. Here, NK Mat fits the rear wheel arches, the rear wings behind the trim, under the spare wheel, and along the side walls of the spare wheel well, dampening various kinds of noise. Sound Barrier is also placed beneath the boot carpet, further deadening road noise, exhaust sounds and vibrations.
