Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at dan@noisekillers.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

Jeep
Jeeps, especially Wranglers, are known to be incredibly noisy vehicles to drive. However, they needn’t be thanks to our Jeep Soundproofing Kits. These kits contain an array of specialist, expertly engineered materials designed to greatly reduce perceived noise levels when fitted in the following key areas:
Engine Bay
In the engine bay, we use Vibrasorb, a waterproof material that boasts an open-cell structure that catches airborne noise. This material is topped with a self-adhesive damping sheet that reduces bonnet vibrations. What’s more, this material is Class “0” fire rated and is finished with a foil-facing material that protects your Jeep’s bonnet from heat damage and discoloration while also ensuring the material itself is easy to maintain.
Vehicle Interior
Reducing interior noise is a vital step in ensuring your Jeep is enjoyable to drive. When fitted under the carpet in the footwells and along the transmission tunnel of your vehicle, Sound Barrier reduces transmission hum and road noise. Sound Barrier is also fitted under the rear seats. In this location, it deadens exhaust noise as well as underbody vibrations. Finally, NK Mat is placed on the door panels, absorbing vibrations and further stifling all types of sound.
Boot Section
The boot of your Jeep also requires the fitting of several specialist materials in order to be properly soundproofed. Sound Barrier is placed under the carpet, reducing road noise, underbody vibrations and exhaust sound. In addition to this, NK Mat is placed over the rear wheel arches, along the rear wings behind the trim and under the spare wheel. It is also used to line the side walls of the spare wheel well. This extensive coverage results in exceptional noise reduction.
