Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at dan@noisekillers.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

In our Kia Soundproofing Kits you will find a number of expertly engineered, hand cut materials which, when fitted properly, effectively dampen all kinds of noise. These kits have been specially designed with the goal of making your Kia as quiet a car to drive as possible. The kits target the following areas of your vehicle:
Engine Bay
Vibrasorb material is a waterproof and Class “0” fire rated acoustic foam that specialises in the absorption of airborne noise. Bonnet vibrations, another key source of engine bay noise, are deadened by a self-adhesive damping sheet. Vibrasorb’s foil-facing surface protects your Kia’s bonnet from heat damage and discoloration. It also makes cleaning the material an incredibly simple job.
Vehicle Interior
When fitted in the footwells and along the transmission tunnel of your Kia, Sound Barrier effectively stifles road noise and any underbody vibrations thanks to its combination of acoustic foam and two damping sheets. This material is also fitted under the rear seats, reducing both exhaust noise and vibrations. To prevent any sound coming in through the door, NK Mat is placed on the interior door panels.
Boot Section
To reduce the amount of noise coming in through the rear of your Kia, the boot is fitted with both Sound Barrier and NK Mat. The former is applied to the rear wheel arches, rear wings behind the trim, under the spare wheel and along the side walls of the spare wheel well, while the latter is fitted under the boot carpet. Both do a wonderful job of reducing road noise, exhaust sounds, and various types of vibrations.
