Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at dan@noisekillers.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

Lada
The Lada Soundproofing Kits contain several materials that have been specially-designed for optimal sound insulation. These hand cut, British made materials reduce noises that are emitted by three key areas of your vehicle:
Engine Bay
Tackling the unique challenges posed by your Lada’s engine bay is no easy feat with both airborne noises and bonnet vibrations contributing significantly to the vehicle’s overall noise levels. Fortunately, our Vibrasorb material tackles both of these thanks to an open-cell acoustic foam that absorbs the former and a self-adhesive damping sheet that deadens the latter. This foam is also waterproof and Class “0” fire rated, ensuring it is suitable for any vehicle or condition. A foil-facing surface protects your Lada’s bonnet from heat damage and discoloration while also making the material itself easy to clean and maintain.
Vehicle Interior
The interior of your Lada requires two materials in order for it to be properly soundproofed. Sound Barrier, which features a piece of acoustic foam sandwiched between two damping sheets, is the first of these. Fitted under the carpet in your vehicle’s footwells, along the transmission tunnel and beneath the rear seats, this material deadens road noise, exhaust noise and underbody vibrations. The second material is NK Mat. This is used to line the door panels where it absorbs both vibrations and several types of noise.
Boot Section
NK Mat is used to soundproof the rear section of your vehicle. It is applied to the rear wheel arches, the rear wings behind the trim, under the spare wheel, and along the side walls of the spare wheel well. When fitted to these areas, it effectively stifles a variety of vehicle-related sounds. Elsewhere, Sound Barrier is placed under the boot carpet, reducing both road and exhaust noise.
