Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at dan@noisekillers.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

IBEX
Our IBEX Soundproofing Kits provide extensive noise reduction for these 4x4, all-terrain vehicles. Each kit comes packed full of expertly designed materials that tackle all types of noise and vibration. Aside from being specifically engineered to deaden noise, these materials are hand cut to fit the following key areas of your IBEX:
Engine Bay
Vibrasorb is used to stifle the noises produced in your IBEX’s engine bay. This acoustic foam has an open-cell structure that catches airborne noise while an adjoining damping sheet minimises bonnet vibrations. As waterproof, Class “0” fire rated materials, these products offer a safe and effective means to dampen sound no matter where your vehicle is headed. Foil-coated, Vibrasorb also protects your vehicle’s bonnet from heat damage and discoloration. It also makes it easy to clean.
Vehicle Interior
Under the carpet of your IBEX, Sound Barrier is fitted inside all the footwells, along the transmission and under the rear seats. Made from a combination of open-cell acoustic foam and two damping sheets, this material effectively reduces road noise, exhaust noise and underbody vibrations. To reduce the amount of noise seeping in through the doors, NK Mat is applied to the interior door panels.
Boot Section
The rear of your vehicle is another key area that needs to be fitted with high quality materials if a quiet driving experience is to be achieved. NK Mat is applied to the rear wheel arches, the rear wings behind the trim, under the spare wheel and along the side walls of the spare wheel well to ensure maximal coverage and absorption. Further noise deadening is provided by Sound Barrier which is placed under the boot carpet. Here, it does an excellent job of reducing exhaust noise and vibration.
