Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at dan@noisekillers.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

Our Santana Soundproofing Kits are made from high quality Noisekillers materials that are specifically designed to comprehensively reduce noise levels. These materials deaden the noises produced in the following areas:
Engine Bay
The engine bay produces airborne noise and vibrations. Both are deadened by our Vibrasorb material, a waterproof, Class “0” fire rated acoustic foam. The open-cell structure of this foam captures airborne noises while the accompanying, self-adhesive damping sheet minimises bonnet vibrations. Thanks to its foil-facing, this material is simple to clean. It also protects your Santana’s bonnet from heat damage and discolouration.
Vehicle Interior
Inside your Santana, Sound Barrier is fitted under the carpet in the footwells, along the sides of the transmission tunnel and under the rear seats. In these positions, Sound Barrier reduces road and exhaust noise, transmission hum and underbody vibrations. NK Mat is placed on the inside of the door panels, further deadening both vibrations and noise.
Boot Section
In the rear section of your Santana, NK Mat is applied to the rear wheel arches, the rear wings behind the trim, under the spare wheel, and along the side walls of the spare wheel well, dampening a variety of noises and vibrations. A section of Sound Barrier is also fitted under the boot carpet, reducing road noise, exhaust noise and exhaust vibrations.
