Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at dan@noisekillers.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

Mazda
The Mazda Soundproofing Kits provide optimal sound insulation thanks to the use of several specialist Noisekillers materials. These hand cut, British made materials effectively dampen all kinds of noise when fitted to the following key areas:
Engine Bay
Sounds produced by your Mazda’s engine bay are deadened by Vibrasorb, an open-cell acoustic foam that traps airborne noises. This waterproof and Class “0” fire rated foam is complemented by a self-adhesive damping sheet that reduces bonnet vibrations, another key source of engine bay noise. The foil-facing surface of these materials protects your Mazda’s bonnet from heat damage and discolouration, while also making the soundproofing material easy to clean and maintain.
Vehicle Interior
Thanks to its combination of acoustic foam and two damping sheets, Sound Barrier successfully absorbs road and exhaust noise, transmission hum and underbody vibrations. It is fitted under the carpet in your Mazda’s footwells, under the rear seats and along the transmission tunnel. In addition to this, NK Mat is applied to the door panels where it reduces both vibrations and various types of noise.
Boot Section
It is vital to soundproof the boot section of your Mazda to achieve the best results. Here, NK Mat is fitted under the spare wheel and along the side walls of the spare wheel well, to the rear wheel arches and the rear wings behind the trim. Sound Barrier is also fitted under the boot carpet to further dampen road and exhaust noise as well as general vehicle vibrations.
