Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at dan@noisekillers.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

Noisekillers’ MG Soundproofing Kits provide comprehensive noise reduction thanks to the inclusion of several high quality materials. When fitted properly, these materials deaden all types of noise by focusing on the following areas of your vehicle.
Engine Bay
The primary material used to reduce engine bay noise is Vibrasorb, a waterproof and Class “0” fire rated material that captures airborne sounds thanks to its open-cell structure. An adjoining self-adhesive damping sheet minimises bonnet vibrations. These materials are covered with an easy-to-clean foil-facing surface that protects your MG’s bonnet from heat damage and discolouration.
Vehicle Interior
Inside your MG, transmission hum, underbody vibrations and both road and exhaust noise are minimised by fitting Sound Barrier under the carpet in the footwells, under the rear seats and along the side of the transmission tunnel. NK Mat is applied to the interior door panels to further reduce unwelcome vibrations and sounds.
Boot Section
Sound Barrier is placed under the MG’s boot carpet to reduce exhaust noise and vibrations as well as general road noise. NK Mat is also fitted to the rear wheel arches, the rear wings behind the trim, under the spare wheel, and along the side walls of the spare wheel well.
