Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at dan@noisekillers.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

Noisekillers’ Mitsubishi Soundproofing Kits create optimal sound insulation by effectively reducing several types of noise and vibrations. They do this due to the inclusion of several specialist soundproofing materials which are fitted to the following areas:
Engine Bay
There are two main types of engine bay noise, airborne sounds and bonnet vibrations. Both are dampened by Vibrasorb. This open-cell acoustic foam traps airborne noise while an accompanying self-adhesive damping sheet minimises bonnet vibrations. These materials are safe as they are effective thanks to being both waterproof and Class “0” fire rated. An easy-to-clean foil-facing that covers the soundproofing material also protects your Mitsubishi’s bonnet from heat damage and discolouration.
Vehicle Interior
Sound Barrier, an acoustic foam that is sandwiched between two damping sheets, is fitted in the footwells, under the rear seats and along the transmission tunnel, reducing road noise, exhaust noise and vehicle vibrations. NK Mat is used to line the door panels further reducing noise and vibration levels.
Boot Section
In the boot area, Sound Barrier is placed beneath the boot carpet where it reduces road and exhaust noise and associated vibrations. In addition to this, NK Mat is fitted to the rear wheel arches, the rear wings behind the trim, under the spare wheel, and along the walls of the spare wheel well. This comprehensive coverage results in a noticeable reduction in noise.
