Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at dan@noisekillers.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

Nissan
Our Nissan Soundproofing Kits provide exceptional noise reduction across key areas of your vehicle. A range of specially-designed soundproofing materials are included in the kits and are used to target the following key areas:
Engine Bay
Vibrasorb is a waterproof and Class “0” fire rated acoustic foam that boasts an open-cell structure. This allows the foam to absorb a large amount of airborne noise. A self-adhesive damping sheet, which comes with the foam, reduces bonnet vibrations. All these materials have a foil-facing that makes them simple to clean. The foil also helps protect your Nissan’s bonnet from heat damage and discolouration.
Vehicle Interior
To soundproof the interior of your Nissan, we include two materials: Sound Barrier and NK Mat. The former is placed beneath the carpet in the footwells, under the rear seats and along the transmission tunnel. In these locations it reduces underbody vibrations, road noise and exhaust noise. In contrast, NK Mat is exclusively placed on the interior door panels where it absorbs several types of noise and vibrations.
Boot Section
In the boot, NK Mat is applied to the rear wheel arches, the rear wings behind the trim, under the spare wheel, and along the side walls of the spare wheel well. Sound Barrier is placed under the boot carpet. When used together, these two materials dampen road and exhaust noise and vehicle vibrations, resulting in a quieter, calmer driving experience.
