Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at dan@noisekillers.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

High quality Noisekillers soundproofing materials are included in our Renault Soundproofing Kits. When fitted in key areas of your vehicle, these materials provide comprehensive noise reduction that transforms the driving experience. The three areas these kits focus on are:
Engine Bay
Noises related to your Renault’s engine bay are deadened by Vibrasorb, a Class “0” fire rated, open-cell acoustic foam. This material, which is also waterproof, catches airborne noises while an accompanying self-adhesive damping sheet effectively reduces bonnet vibrations. Thanks to a foil-facing, this material is easy to clean and also shields your Renault’s bonnet from heat damage and discolouration.
Vehicle Interior
Sound Barrier is fitted under the carpet in your vehicle’s front and rear footwells and along the walls of the transmission tunnel, reducing underbody vibrations, road noise and transmission hum. A further section is placed under the rear seats to minimise exhaust noise and vibrations. NK Mat is applied to interior door panels, further dampening all types of unwelcome noise.
Boot Section
In your Renault’s boot, comprehensive soundproofing is provided by NK Mat which is placed under the spare wheel, along the walls of the spare wheel well, in the rear wheel arches and on the rear wings behind the trim. A piece of Sound Barrier is also fitted under the boot carpet where it absorbs road noise, exhaust noise and vehicle vibrations.
