Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at dan@noisekillers.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

Engine Bay Solutions
Vibrasorb is a Class “0” fire rated acoustic foam that, due to its open-cell structure, is well-designed to capture the airborne noises associated with your Renault’s engine bay. A self-adhesive damping sheet provides further soundproofing by deadening bonnet vibrations, another source of engine bay noise. All materials are finished with an easily maintainable foil-facing.
Interior Front Cabin Soundproofing
To properly soundproof your vehicle’s cabin we provide Sound Barrier and NK Mat. The former is fitted between the seats, under the seat boxes and along the front flooring. Here, it absorbs all types of noises including those produced by the exhaust and the road. The latter insulates the vehicle’s wheel arches, footwells, seat boxes and interior door panels, blocking unwelcome sounds and vibrations.
