Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at dan@noisekillers.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

Rover
Our Rover Soundproofing Kits use a range of specialist soundproofing materials to comprehensively reduce the noise levels you experience while driving your vehicle. Optimal sound insulation is achieved by fitting the materials to the following areas of your Rover:
Engine Bay
Vibrasorb is an acoustic foam with an open-cell structure designed to capture the airborne noises associated with your vehicle’s engine bay. Further noise reduction is provided by a self-adhesive damping sheet that minimises bonnet vibrations. The foil that covers these materias makes them simple to maintain and means they protect the bonnet of your Rover from heat damage and discolouration. The materials are also safe and robust, being both waterproof and Class “0” fire rated.
Vehicle Interior
Inside your Rover, Sound Barrier, which is made from a piece of acoustic foam sandwiched between two damping sheets, is placed in the footwells, along the transmission tunnel and under the rear seat. This material reduces exhaust noise, transmission hum and vehicle vibrations. NK Mat is also fitted to the interior door panels where it dampens both noise and vibrations.
Boot Section
NK Mat is fitted along the walls of the spare wheel well, under the spare wheel, to the rear wheel arches and along the rear wings behind the trim, stifling a range of sounds and vibrations. In conjunction with this, Sound Barrier is fitted under the boot carpet to deaden exhaust noise and vibrations.
