Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at dan@noisekillers.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

Our Saab Soundproofing Kits contain various high quality materials, each of which has been specially designed to maximise its soundproofing potential. These materials are fitted to the following key areas of your vehicle:
Engine Bay
Reducing both bonnet vibrations and airborne noise is the goal of the soundproofing materials fitted to your Saab’s engine bay. The most important of these is Vibrasorb, an acoustic foam that is especially suited to capturing airborne noise. Bonnet vibrations are reduced thanks to a self-adhesive damping sheet. All of these materials are waterproof and Class “0” fire rated. They also boast a foil-facing that offers easy maintenance and protects your vehicle’s bonnet from heat damage and discolouration.
Vehicle Interior
Beneath your vehicle’s carpet, Sound Barrier is fitted in the footwells, along the transmission tunnel and under the rear seats. In these locations, Sound Barrier reduces road noise, transmission hum and exhaust vibrations. NK Mat is applied to the interior door panels, stifling other sounds and vibrations.
Boot Section
In your Saab’s boots, NK Mat is fitted to the rear wheel arches, the rear wings behind the trim, under the spare wheel, and along the side walls of the spare wheel well, while Sound Barrier is fitted under the boot carpet. Together, these materials provide comprehensive sound reduction in the rear of your vehicle.
