Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at dan@noisekillers.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

Seat
A variety of expertly engineered Noisekillers soundproofing materials are included in our Seat Soundproofing Kits. When used in conjunction with one another, these materials greatly reduce the noise levels you experience while driving. The kits include soundproofing for the following areas:
Engine Bay
The kits include Vibrasorb, an open-cell acoustic foam that is designed to muffle and absorb the airborne noises associated with your Seat’s engine bay. A self-adhesive damping sheet compliments the foam by reducing bonnet vibrations. Both materials are Class “0” fire rated, waterproof, and covered with an easy-to-clean foil-facing. As an added bonus, this facing shields your Seat’s bonnet from heat damage and discolouration.
Vehicle Interior
Sound Barrier is placed in the footwells and along the walls of the transmission tunnel to minimise transmission hum, road noise and underbody vibrations. NK Mat is also fitted to the interior door panels, reducing both airborne noise and vehicle vibrations.
Boot Section
NK Mat plays a huge part in soundproofing the rear of your Seat. It’s fitted under the spare wheel, and along the side walls of the spare wheel well, to the rear wheel arches and also the rear wings behind the trim. Sound Barrier is also fitted under the boot carpet to further reduce road noise and vehicle vibrations.
