Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at dan@noisekillers.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

By focusing on key areas of your vehicle, our Skoda Soundproofing Kits provide comprehensive noise reduction that results in a calm, quiet drive. Specialist, high quality Noisekillers soundproofing materials are fitted to the following vehicle areas:
Engine Bay
Vibrasorb is a waterproof material that contains Class “0” fire rated, open-cell acoustic foam and a self-adhesive damping sheet. The foam is expertly designed to capture airborne noise while the damping sheet minimises bonnet vibrations. A foil-facing surface means that Vibrasorb also protects your Skoda’s bonnet from heat damage and discolouration as well as offering easy maintenance.
Vehicle Interior
Inside your Skoda, Sound Barrier is fitted inside the front and rear footwells and under the back seats, reducing road noise and exhaust vibrations. Further sections that cover the walls of the transmission tunnel also minimise transmission hum. In addition to this, NK Mat is applied to interior door panels, further dampening various types of sound.
Boot Section
In the boot of your Skoda, Sound Barrier is fitted under the carpet to reduce exhaust noise and vibrations. NK Mat is also applied to the rear wheel arches, the rear wings behind the trim, under the spare wheel, and along the side walls of the spare wheel well.
