Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at dan@noisekillers.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

Subaru
The Subaru Soundproofing Kits contain several high quality Noisekillers materials that’ve been engineered with maximal noise reduction in mind. The kits include soundproofing for the following areas of your vehicle:
Engine Bay
To reduce the sounds coming from your Subaru’s engine bay we provide Vibrasorb, an open-cell acoustic foam that is completed with a self-adhesive damping sheet. This sheet minimises bonnet vibrations, while the foam absorbs airborne noises. The material is Class “0” fire rated and waterproof. It is also coated in an easy-to-clean foil that also shields your Subaru’s bonnet from heat damage and discolouration.
Vehicle Interior
Under your Subaru’s carpets, Sound Barrier is placed along the walls of the transmission tunnel, in the front and rear footwells and under the rear seats. The material does an exceptional job of reducing road noise, transmission hum and exhaust vibrations. To further deaden sounds and vibrations, NK Mat is placed on the interior door panels.
Boot Section
NK Mat is fitted throughout your Subaru’s boot, including inside the spare wheel well, to deaden vehicle vibrations and absorb the sounds associated with the rear of the vehicle. Sound Barrier is also placed under the boot carpet where it stifles exhaust noise and vibrations.
