Due to the inclusion of several high quality Noisekillers soundproofing materials, our Suzuki Soundproofing Kits provide comprehensive noise reduction that is immediately noticeable upon driving the vehicle. The kits focus on the following key areas:

Engine Bay

Vibrasorb is an acoustic foam that boasts an open-cell structure. This structure is specifically designed to capture airborne noises while an adjoining self-adhesive damping sheet reduces bonnet vibrations. Aside from being Class “0” fire rated and waterproof, these materials are also covered in an easily maintainable foil-facing. While effectively reducing both noise and vibrations, Vibrasorb also protects your Suzuki’s bonnet from heat damage and discolouration.

Vehicle Interior

Sound Barrier is fitted beneath the carpet in all of the vehicle’s footwells and along the walls of the transmission tunnel. Here, the material minimises transmission hum, road noise and underbody vibrations. A further section of Sound Barrier is fitted under the rear seats where it absorbs noise and vibrations associated with the vehicle’s exhaust. Sections of NK Mat are also placed on the interior door panels, further deadening noise. 

Boot Section

In the boot area, NK Mat are fitted to the rear wheel arches, the rear wings behind the trim, under the spare wheel, and along the side walls of the spare wheel well, greatly reducing all of the sounds and vibrations associated with the rear of your Suzuki. Further soundproofing is provided by Sound Barrier which is placed under the boot carpet.
