Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at dan@noisekillers.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

Our Toyota Soundproofing Kits include a variety of specialist soundproofing materials, each designed to absorb different types of noise. When used in conjunction with one another, these materials result in comprehensive noise reduction. The kits include soundproofing for the following areas:
Engine Bay
To address the noises produced by your Toyota’s engine bay, the kits include Vibrasorb, an open cell acoustic foam that’s complemented by a self-adhesive damping sheet. The foam absorbs airborne noise while the sheet reduces bonnet vibrations. Both materials are robust, being both waterproof and Class “0” fire rated. They are also covered with a foil-facing surface that protects your Toyota’s bonnet from heat damage and discolouration while also ensuring the material itself is simple to maintain.
Vehicle Interior
Inside your Toyota, Sound Barrier is fitted beneath the carpet in the footwells, under the rear seats and along the transmission tunnel. This placement ensures the material absorbs a variety of sounds and vibrations including those produced by the vehicle’s exhaust. NK Mat is also applied to the interior door panels where it further deadens various types of noise.
Boot Section
NK Mat is applied to the rear wheel arches, the rear wings behind the trim, under the spare wheel, and along the side walls of the spare wheel well. This material does a fantastic job of reducing all types of noise and vibrations associated with this section of your vehicle. Sound Barrier is also fitted beneath the boot carpet where it absorbs road noise and vehicle vibrations.
