Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at dan@noisekillers.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

Triumph
Our Triumph Soundproofing Kits result in exceptional noise reduction thanks to the inclusion of several specialist Noisekillers soundproofing materials. To create the optimally soundproofed environment, these materials are fitted to the following areas of your vehicle:
Engine Bay
Vibrasorb material is used to absorb the sounds and vibrations produced in the engine bay of your Triumph. Made from an open-cell acoustic foam, this material absorbs several types of airborne noise while an accompanying damping sheet minimises bonnet vibrations. These materials are well-suited to the rigours presented by the engine bay as they are both Class “0” fire rated and waterproof. Vibrasorb is finished with a foil-facing that offers simple maintenance. This facing also shields the bonnet of your vehicle from heat damage and discolouration.
Vehicle Interior
Sound Barrier is fitted beneath the carpet in the front and rear footwells of your Triumph. It is also placed along the walls of the transmission tunnel and under the rear seats, minimising road noise, transmission hum and underbody vibrations. To insulate the doors, NK Mat is added to the interior panels, further soundproofing the cabin.
Boot Section
In the boot, NK Mat is used extensively to absorb a range of sounds and vibrations. This material is fitted under the spare wheel and along the walls of the spare wheel well, to the rear wheel arches as well as the rear wings behind the trim. Beneath the boot carpet, Sound Barrier stifles exhaust sounds and vibrations.
