Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at dan@noisekillers.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

The kits include soundproofing for the following key areas of your vehicle:
Engine Bay
Tackling both airborne noise and bonnet vibrations is vital if a quiet driving experience is to be achieved. Thankfully, Vibrasorb material manages to do so because of an open-cell acoustic foam that captures the former and a self-adhesive damping sheet that reduces the latter. This waterproof and Class “0” fire rated soundproofing material is finished with an easily maintainable foil-facing which shields your Vauxhall’s bonnet from heat damage and discolouration.
Vehicle Interior
In order to soundproof the cabin, Sound Barrier is fitted in the front and rear foot wells, along the transmission tunnel and under the rear seats. Here, this combination of acoustic foam and two damping sheets effectively reduces transmission hum, road noise and exhaust vibrations. Additional soundproofing comes in the form of NK Mat which is fixed to the interior of the door panels.
Boot Section
NK Mat is applied to the rear wheel arches, the rear wings behind the trim, under the spare wheel, and along the side walls of the spare wheel well, deadening the unwelcome sounds and vibrations associated with the rear of your Vauxhall. Sound Barrier is also placed beneath the boot carpet. In this position, the material reduces exhaust noise, underbody vibrations and road noise.
