Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at dan@noisekillers.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

Our VW Soundproofing Kits offer exceptional noise reduction across key areas of your vehicle. The presence of several high quality Noisekillers materials means various types of noise are deadened when the soundproofing is fitted to the following areas:
Engine Bay
Both vibrations and airborne noises are stifled by Vibrasorb thanks to a self-adhesive damping sheet that minimises bonnet vibrations and an open-cell acoustic foam that absorbs airborne noise. Vibrasorb is also waterproof and Class “0” fire rated. What’s more, a foil-facing makes the material easy to clean and helps protect the bonnet of your VW from heat damage and discolouration.
Vehicle Interior
Sound Barrier is fitted under the carpet in your vehicle’s footwells and along the walls of the transmission tunnel, reducing road noise and transmission hum. A further section which is placed under the rear seats minimises exhaust noise and vibrations. NK Mat is also applied to the interior door panels where it absorbs a range of noises and vibrations.
Boot Section
In the boot of your VW, NK Mat is fitted under the spare wheel and along the walls of the spare wheel well, to the rear wheel arches and along the rear wings behind the trim. Such comprehensive coverage results in a noticeable reduction in both road and vehicle noise. A section of Sound Barrier is also fitted beneath the boot carpet, dampening exhaust vibrations and noise.
