Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at dan@noisekillers.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

Proton
The Proton Soundproofing Kits contain several Noisekillers soundproofing materials that have been specially engineered to dampen all types of noise. The kits tackle the following key areas of your vehicle:
Engine Bay
The kits include a self-adhesive damping sheet that reduces bonnet vibrations while Vibrasorb, an open-cell acoustic foam, absorbs airborne sounds. These materials are both waterproof and Class “0” fire rated, meaning they are as safe as they are effective. The foil-facing surface that covers the materials protects the vehicle’s bonnet from heat damage and discolouration. It also makes the foam very simple to clean.
Vehicle Interior
To soundproof the interior of your Proton, Sound Barrier is fitted under the carpet in the vehicle’s footwells, along the transmission tunnel and under the rear seat, reducing exhaust noise, underbody vibrations and transmission hum. Elsewhere, NK Mat is applied to the interior door panels, stifling general road noise and vehicle vibrations.
Boot Section
In the boot, Sound Barrier is fitted under the carpet where it deadens exhaust noise and vibrations. Further soundproofing is supplied by NK Mat which is applied to the rear wheel arches, the rear wings behind the trim, under the spare wheel, and along the side walls of the spare wheel well.
