Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at dan@noisekillers.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

Engine Bay Solutions
As an open-cell acoustic foam, Vibrasorb has been designed to capture airborne noises. In the engine bay, it does exactly, absorbing various types of engine noise. A self-adhesive damping sheet further insulates this area by deadening bonnet vibrations. Aside from being effective, these materials are also easy to maintain thanks to their foil-facing. Both waterproof and Class “0” fire rated, these materials are incredibly durable.
Interior Front Cabin Soundproofing
Inside your Toyota, NK Mat is used to soundproof the footwells, wheel arches, seat boxes and interior door panels, absorbing a huge variety of noises and vibrations. Additionally, Sound Barrier is fitted under the seat boxes, between the seats and beneath the carpet under the front flooring, absorbing all kinds of vehicle vibrations.
